The Festool CSC SYS 50 is a marvel of portability and precision—but even the best tools have limits. When it comes to making long, accurate rip cuts in flooring, trim, or other thin and long materials, its compact size can work against you. That’s where the TSO Extended Rip Fence comes in.

The TSO Extended Rip Fence is a 1,000mm (39-3/8”) long, precision-machined aluminum fence that replaces the factory rip fence on the CSC SYS 50, which measures just 500mm in length. That’s double the length—providing a dramatic improvement in workpiece support and guiding accuracy.

Simple Swap, Big Difference

Installing the Extended Rip Fence is as easy as it gets: just loosen the factory rip fence, slide it off, and replace it with the TSO Extended Rip Fence. You’ll instantly gain the added support and guidance needed for longer rips without changing the saw's cut capacity—no modification to your saw or the measuring scale is required.

Extra Support Where You Need It

Included with the Extended Rip Fence are two TSO Stock Support Brackets that extend both in front of and behind the saw’s table. These provide critical stabilization for longer or flexible materials like baseboard, casing, or LVP flooring—helping prevent bowing, chatter, and material deflection mid-cut.

Ready for JessEm FLEX Guides—and More

To take your rip cuts to the next level, we include a pair of Mounting Adapter Brackets that accept JessEm Clear-Cut FLEX Stock Guides, Mini-Hedgehog Featherboards, or your own custom jigs. Use standard M6 or ¼-20 hardware to attach featherboards, sacrificial fences, or other fixtures that make your workflow more efficient.

When mounted with the Jess-Em Stock Guides, the system accommodates materials up to ~1-15/16" (50mm) thick—just a hair above the CSC SYS 50’s maximum 1-7/8" (47.5mm) cut depth—so there’s no need to remove the guides between cuts.
