Returns Policy

At TSO Products, we stand behind the quality of our tools and want you to be confident in your purchase. The following policy outlines our return, refund, and warranty guidelines.

This policy applies to all products sold on tsoproducts.com, including TSO Products and third-party brands.

Please review the following policy before initiating a return to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Return Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back.

To request an RMA:

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.


Returns

30-Day Returns (Unused Items)

You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise value.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused (no signs of use, wear, or installation) and in original, resellable condition
  • All original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Returns must also meet our Return Conditions & Eligibility requirements

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days and up to 90 days from delivery may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to restocking fees:

  • 15% restocking fee if all parts and packaging are returned in original, resellable condition
  • Up to 50% restocking fee if parts, packaging, or components are missing or if the item is not returned in original, resellable condition

No returns will be accepted after 90 days.


Return Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for any return:

  • Items must be returned in original, resellable condition
  • All original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns, such as an order number, email address, or shipping address associated with the original order
  • Returns are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable

Items must be returned in resellable condition. If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, or installation, TSO Products reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply a restocking fee of up to 50% or deny the return.

Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or otherwise unsellable may be refused or subject to additional fees. If a return is denied, the product may be returned to you at your expense.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can address the issue and, if applicable, file a timely claim with the responsible carrier.

  • All damaged/defective claims require a Return Authorization (RMA)
  • Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
  • TSO Products may provide a prepaid return label for verified defects or shipping damage
  • Defects identified after 30 days are covered by our 5-year Warranty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
  • All returns are inspected upon receipt, and final refund amounts are determined based on product condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt and inspection for refunds to be processed.

Promotions & Bundled Items

If your order included a promotional or bundled item, all items must be returned to receive a full refund.

TSO Products reserves the right to adjust refunds if promotional items are not returned.


Digital Products (Project Plans & Downloads)

All digital products, including project plans and downloadable content, are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

If you experience an issue with your download or believe you received the incorrect file, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

TSO Products reserves the right to determine eligibility for any exception at its discretion.


Warranty

TSO brand products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of sale against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered.
  • TSO Products will determine whether a product qualifies under this warranty.
  • At our discretion, defective products will be repaired or replaced with a comparable product.

Warranty claims require an RMA prior to return.
