Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order, TSO Products will issue a one-time price adjustment as store credit for the difference. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the sale starting and apply only to the exact same product; shipping charges are not included. Clearance items, bundle deals, and third-party marketplace pricing are excluded from this policy.
Privacy Policy
TSO Products collects personal information you voluntarily provide—such as your name, email, and address—as well as data automatically collected through your device and browser when you visit our site. This information is used to process orders, provide services, and support marketing and analytics, and is shared only with trusted third-party providers as needed. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly.
Returns Policy
TSO Products accepts returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and may accept returns between 30–90 days subject to a 15–50% restocking fee depending on condition. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to being sent back, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error. TSO brand products are also backed by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from TSO Products' warehouse in Minnesota, with standard domestic ground shipping taking an additional 2–7 days in transit. Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout but do not reduce order processing time.
