Fraud Alert: Beware the Fake Website tsotools[.]com

We have become aware of a fraudulent website impersonating TSO Products. Please read this notice carefully before making any purchase.

A website operating at the address tsotools[.]com is posing as TSO Products. It is not owned, operated, authorized by, or affiliated with TSO Products in any way. We did not create it, we do not control it, and any order placed through it does not reach us.

This impersonation site copies our name, our product descriptions, and our branding to appear legitimate. It advertises our products at steep, unrealistic discounts to lure shoppers into entering their personal and payment information. Our concern is that this information is being collected to commit fraud.

The genuine TSO Products website is www.tsoproducts.com. You can also buy from the authorized dealers listed on our website.

If you ever land on a page claiming to be TSO Products, check the web address in your browser bar. If it does not say tsoproducts.com, it is not us. Be especially cautious of:

• Prices that seem too good to be true (for example, an item normally $119.95 offered for $41.98).
• A web address other than tsoproducts.com — including tsotools[.]com.
• Unusual checkout or payment requests, or a site that pressures you to buy quickly.

Do not enter your name, address, password, or payment details on tsotools[.]com or any site other than tsoproducts.com.

If You Already Placed an Order or Entered Your Information on tsotools[.]com

If you shopped on the fake site, please take these steps as soon as possible:

1. Contact your bank or card issuer right away. Call the number printed on the back of your card — not any number shown on the fraudulent site. Tell them you may have entered your card details on a fraudulent website, dispute any charges you don’t recognize, and ask whether your card should be replaced.
2. If you paid through PayPal or another payment service, report the transaction directly through that provider’s official fraud or dispute process.
3. Change your password if you created an account or entered a password on the fake site — and change it anywhere else you may have reused that same password. Turn on two-factor authentication where it’s available.
4. Watch your statements over the coming weeks for any charges you don’t recognize.
5. Keep your records. Save any confirmation email, receipt, screenshots, and the charge as it appears on your statement. This information is helpful if you need to file a dispute or a report.
