MFT/3 table extension
An invaluable addition to my mft’s. Assembly was a breeze. Like all the TSO products I have purchased , quality is top notch.

I've tried a few extensions (3d printer) but they weren't solid. This one is rock solid and extends just the right amount to make this useful. And it's easily removable which is good as I don't have enough room
Great!!!

Perfect Addition
I have a small shop with my MFT/3 table being my centerpiece work table serving as an off feed table for my table saw. Just not quite big enough. I considered joining 2 MFT tables together, but couldn't commit to that small extra space I was going to loose. in my shop This addition is perfect. Fairly easy to install. My only issue was where the extension and the table was meeting, created a fulcrum. I downloaded the instructions instead of watching the YouTube video and it showed clamping two flat boards to both sides before tightening up the extension hardware. Perfect, Flat as can be! I am really glad I bought this extension!

Table Support on Cut Offs
The instructions on how to install were great and this can be repositioned around your MFT/3 depending on space availability easily. I like having the additional support when I'm cutting off project sections rather than have them fall on the floor. Nice addition to my MFT/3.

The Extra Bit of Work Surface Needed
Does the job intended. Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are debating this extension: 1. The steel hardware to connect the table sits close to the surface and is not sufficiently recessed to prevent blade, cutter, or drill bit contact so although it is a sacrificial table surface you do need to be careful where you work. 2. The dog holes closest to the connection are immediately over the MFT frame so they can't be used with clamps or secure dogs from underneath; they can only be used with dogs that don't protrude below the table thickness. 3. The surface cannot be flipped like the MFT surface can. Only the intended top can be used. The bottom is finished differently and due to the connection holes being chamfered for machine screws being threaded from above, it can't be flipped. 4. The dog holes have been chamfered already - a great plus in my opinion. 5. Having a work surface that protrudes without a frame is convenient for clamping on the edge. Overall a great addition to the MFT table. Just wish the machine screws sat about 3mm lower.
