Every Part of Your StaySquare, Protected and Accounted For

The StaySquare Guide Rail System comes off the bench in seconds and goes back on square, which means it travels well. This kit gives every component one place to live, so the system reaches the next bench complete and undamaged.

It is built around the TSO Products Limited Edition Systainer³ M 137, sized so the StaySquare drops straight in.

Two foam inserts are included in this kit. The base insert is CNC machined in the USA from multi-layered Kaizen foam with a black top and a red inner core. Each cutout cradles its component, and the red shows through the moment a pocket is empty, so you can see the system is complete before you close the lid. The foam lid insert closes over the top to hold everything in place, even if the Systainer takes a tumble.

Kaizen foam protects your precision tools, and the base insert can be further customized with careful use of a utility blade, or for a cleaner result, the available Kaizen Foam Hot Knife.

A Tin for the Loose Hardware

Small parts are the ones that go missing. The included metal tin keeps the extra torpedo nuts, M5 socket head cap screws, M5 washers, and wood screws together in one place, and the tin has its own pocket in the foam, so the hardware travels with the system instead of loose in the bottom of the case.

5-Year Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original retail purchase date.
  • Eligibility: Products purchased new from TSO or an authorized retailer. Covers the original purchaser or original recipient of a product purchased new as a gift. Nontransferable, except where required by law.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and other exclusions outlined in the full policy.

  • Within 30 days: Unused products in original, resellable condition with all packaging and accessories qualify for a full merchandise refund.
