Parallel Guides that Fit in a Systainer
One of the biggest advantages of the 20" Parallel Guide System Gen 2 kit is its compact size — small enough to fit neatly into a Systainer, while still giving you up to 20" (508mm) of ripping capacity. This custom foam insert houses that kit with precision, keeping every component protected, organized, and instantly ready to deploy.
CNC machined in the USA from multi-layered Kaizen foam with a black top and red inner core, this insert cushions and protects your components while giving you clear visibility into what’s stored and what might be missing.

This foam insert is precision-cut to fit all of the components from your 20” Parallel Guide System Gen 2 kit:

Also included: a Systainer Identification Card that slides into the front or side card holders of your Systainer.

If you only use the 20" kit and want to store your tracks inside a Systainer, choose the foam insert on this page. If you own the Narrow Stock Pro for Parallel Guide System Gen 2, consider the Accessories Foam Insert.

5-Year Limited Warranty
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original retail purchase date.
- Eligibility: Products purchased new from TSO or an authorized retailer. Covers the original purchaser or original recipient of a product purchased new as a gift. Nontransferable, except where required by law.
- Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and other exclusions outlined in the full policy.
- Need help? Contact TSO directly for support and warranty service—even if purchased through an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns
- Within 30 days: Unused products in original, resellable condition with all packaging and accessories qualify for a full merchandise refund.
- 31–90 days: Returns may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to restocking fees.
- Before sending anything back: Contact us for return authorization.

I Love Kaizen Organization!
So, whenever I purchase a new product from TSO for my shop, I always check to see if there is a Kaizen foam insert and a Systainer that I can store it in. These additional purchases help to keep the investments I make in my shop protected and in excellent shape. I really like that TSO also makes a custom laminated Insert card for the Systainer that they include with these foam trays.

Very good, but not perfect
I would have liked a finger hold for the 3mm hex driver, and maybe an extra pair of Guide Rail Supports if they could fit.

Awesome storage option
If you use systainer storage and have a Gen2 parallel guide system with 20" rails, this is a must-have item. It stores exactly what you need to grab your 20" Gen2 parallel guide system and immediately start using it, with the rail adapters already attached to the rails. As always with these TSO foam inserts, the tolerances are perfect. Layout on this one was also well-conceived.
