Note: This foam insert is designed specifically for the 20" Parallel Guide System Gen 2. It does not fit the original, first generation Parallel Guide System. This insert fits inside the Systainer³ M 112 or a T-LOC Systainer, but will not fit the older Classic Systainers.

Organized, Protected, Ready to Cut

The Parallel Guide System Gen 2 is all about faster setup and smoother workflows. A big part of that is having your core components organized and ready to go. This custom foam insert gives you one spot to store the Narrow Stock Pro for Parallel Guide System Gen 2, two Flip Stop Pros, and a pair of GRC-12 Guide Rail Connectors.

Machined by CNC in the USA, this insert is made from layered Kaizen foam with a black top and red core. It cushions and protects each system component, but also gives you instant visual confirmation that every piece is accounted for.

What It Holds

Also included: a Systainer Identification Card that slides into the front or side card holders of your Systainer.

Warranty & Returns

TSO brand products are guaranteed for five years from date of sale against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For any product determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, TSO Products will repair or, at its option, replace with current comparable product.     Some odd choices

    Noticing the gage bar holders for the narrow stock rails have to be removed to fit. That makes no sense, as they will have to be recalibrated each time you remove them. I’m going to have to make some modifications to the foam, but otherwise it fits the case well and will hopefully help me avoid losing anything.

    Would be great with a slot for Drop-Loc Connectors

    As with all TSO Products, this is a well-made quality product that fits its intended purpose with precision. Unfortunately, I'm not sure the design here is quite up the standards I've come to expect from TSO. Specifically, the lack of a slot from the Drop-Loc Connectors, which are an essential part of the Gen2 Parallel Guide System, feels like a real whiff here. This is especially true given that the Gen2 guide rails do not fit in the TSO Padded Storage Bag with the Drop-Loc Connectors attached, leaving these essential pieces with nowhere to live (among the storage solutions TSO sells). Instead of including a slot for the Drop-Loc Connectors, TSO curiously included with this foam insert a slot for a Triangle to Guide Rail C Adapter (which is not mentioned in the "What It Holds" section of the description). This seems like a curious decision, since Drop-Loc Connectors could have instead fit in the same space, and because the Triangle to Guide Rail Connector already has somewhere to live for those using the TSO systainer storage options (namely, it fits in the MTR-X foam insert).
