• Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.
• Eligibility: Covers the original purchaser of a product purchased from an authorized UJK retailer. The warranty is nontransferable. Proof of purchase is required; registration is not necessary.
• Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, modifications, and other exclusions outlined in UJK's full policy.
• Need help? For UJK products purchased from TSO, contact us for troubleshooting and warranty assistance. If purchased elsewhere, contact the original retailer.

Returns

• Within 30 days: Unused products in original, resellable condition with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation qualify for a full merchandise refund.
• 31–90 days: Returns may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to restocking fees.

• Purchased from another retailer? Contact the original seller for returns and refunds.
