UJK Parf Chamfer Tool
Enables full use of the Parf Super Dog, plus helps protect your 20mm worktop holes
This specially designed chamfer cutter tool cuts a neat, small chamfer around a precise 20mm dog hole. You can also use it on the Festool MFT/3 table or any custom worktop made using the UJK Technology Parf Guide System. A shallow chamfer has two benefits: it allows full use of the Parf Super Dog when fitted with its stop collar; and secondly, by removing the sharp edge around the hole, it prevents damage from repeated insertion of dogs, clamps and other accessories—not to mention the occasional painful finger snag!
The UJK parf chamfer tool has a solid tungsten carbide cutter with four cutting edges. If the edge becomes dull, simply turn the cutter 90° to a fresh edge. In all probability, it will never need replacing. This hand chamfer tool is only suitable for use with MDF/HDF.

Difficult to use (old hands). It would be better if it could be used with a drill
Works as it should as long as you don't press down too hard. Let the tool do the work.
The tool works quite well but is rather tiring to use if you are doing more than 10 or 12 holes. I drilled and tapped a hole in the top center for a 1/4” bolt so I could use a battery drill with nut driver bit turn the tool. That made it much quicker and easier to operate. I would give it the top rating if UJK made it that way to start with.
Well made but it was way easier for me to use a chamfer bit on my hand router. I had to use it on plywood and the blade stuck and grabbed. If I used it on MDF, I think it would have been much easier to use.
I bought it but figured it would get tiring to use when I made my mft top. I was wrong. Its actually faster than using a chamfer bit on my router.
Work as advertised, compliments the parf dog. Defintoa must for a perfect fit dogs
This tool works perfectly. It is solid and well finished and makes a nice consistent chamfer. My only critisim is that I feel it should have an option for a spindle drive. All it would take is to have a through hole in the center to accomodated a some kind of simple drive spindle like a headless bolt. If you have a large table full of holes it takes a while and is tiresome to twist ever hole by hand. Anyway, a good tool that could be better with a small design change.
