Close-In Access, Three Sizes, One Jaw Body

The 3-in-1 set is built around a 50 mm (2") O'Donnell jaw drilled and threaded to accept two interchangeable inserts. Loosen four cap-head screws, slide the inserts in or out, and the same jaw body covers three working sizes (50 mm, 38 mm, and 25 mm) for everything from bowl tenons down to small box and goblet work.

The slim outer profile gives gouge access right around the chuck for close-in cuts that fatter jaws block. The deep internal recess holds long spigots rock-solid when you're cantilevering off the headstock without tailstock support. And the 50 mm lip is dovetailed both inside and outside, so the same jaw body grips a spigot or a recess without changing setup.

Compatible with SK100 and SK114 chucks; bolts directly to the accessory mounting jaws supplied with each chuck. Made from stainless steel to protect against corrosion.

In Detail

The 38 mm insert closes onto a 32 mm dovetail spigot, opens into a 46 mm recess, or grips a 25 mm parallel face. The 25 mm insert closes on an 18 mm spigot, opens into a 32 mm recess, or grips a 13 mm parallel face. Together the jaw body and inserts give precise control across small spindle work, box bottoms and lids, goblet stems, and end-grain forms — all from the same chuck setup.

Compatible with the SK100 and SK114 chucks. Bolts directly to the accessory mounting jaws supplied with each chuck.
