Stainless Live Center With a Spring-Loaded Point

The Pro Live Center matches the 21 mm Pro Drive exactly — same stainless steel construction, same head profile, same dimensions. Set up a between-centers workflow with both ends paired and you can flip the workpiece end-for-end with confidence: the registration holds.

The spring-loaded stainless steel center point has variable tension — adjust via a single grub screw to suit the workpiece. Unlike a conical live center that concentrates load at a single point, the Pro Live supports the work over a wide area, so even small or brittle stock won't split under tailstock pressure.

Stainless steel construction means no rust when working with green timber or in an unheated shop. 2MT shank only — the bearings are too large for a 1MT taper. Fits any lathe with a 2MT tailstock socket.
