Another TSO innovation, the GRC-12 is a first-of-its-kind, self-aligning guide rail connector for use with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS, POWERTEC, WEN, and Triton brand guide rails. Before the GRC-12, aligning connected guide rails required a variety of methods and additional tools to achieve straight connections, with misalignment often difficult to detect without a long straight edge or similar tool. This issue becomes obvious too late—when gaps show up during assembly or glue-up.

The GRC-12 TSO guide rail connectors solve this problem with a completely self-contained and self-aligning design - thanks to an innovative integral keystone feature. Simply slide the GRC-12 into your guide rail T-slots and firmly tighten the M6 Mushroom Head Screws - that's it.

Because small hex wrenches can be annoying to deal with, we’ve solved that too: the included ball hex driver drops easily into the hex socket and is large enough not to get lost or easily overlooked.

    The work very well. It's nice to not have to use a straight edge to get these things on. Only problem I see is that I thought they would be made out of steel like the Festool connectors I have are. These are aluminum, and they do and will bend. Be very careful how you move the rails when you are connecting these because I had one connector tightened on both ends, then went to flip the rail over to tighten the other connector and I could see it flex because it was by its self. They need both to be tight so they can support each other. If only one is tight, it will bear all forces by itself. I recommend TSO make these out of steel. Otherwise, great design.

    This is the way Festool should have designed their connectors. Excellent engineering and quality. The self-aligning feature and set screws make using these a snap. Thanks for designing a great product.

    I originally bought some Makita guide rail connectors. I was unimpressed with the flimsy, thin piece you are supposed to use in one slot... It doesn't even have screws to hold it in place! The machining on the TSO guide rail connectors is so nice and accurate, it locks my two pieces of track together solid, rock solid! The machined 'lip' just makes these so much better designed and work so much better than the first ones I bought! Worth every cent!

    I was thrilled to see the quality and craftsmanship in these rails compared to other brands and even Kregs own version. Everything you need is included in kit and the track stays locked solid and secure through normal everyday use and abuse. Thanks!

    I purchased 2 sets of these connectors. One is mine for use with a Makita track and saw. The other was for my neighbor who has a Festool track and saw. We are both very pleased with the TSO connectors. They hold tightly and bring the tracks together with no effort on the user's part. I highly recommend these connectors for anyone whose track will accept them.
