TSO brand products are guaranteed for five years from date of sale against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For any product determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, TSO Products will repair or, at its option, replace with current comparable product.     As the other reviewers have posted, this product works perfectly right out of the box. I used my Festool 55 inch guide rail and was able to establish perfect 90 degree cuts on a sheet of very expensive plywood when making cross cuts. There was no adjustments necessary and using a digital protractor I was able to confirm the cut was indeed 90 degrees. I also used the GRS-16 PE with my 118" guide rail but found the friction of the rail guide's non skid foam strips and the long length and weight of the rail too much to overcome for the guide rail square to achieve a perfect 90 on the long cut. Perhaps with two people this may be possible. Overall I really like this well designed and manufactured product.

    great addition to my Festool track saw

    I saw this review online by several Woodworkers who highly recommended this product. I make custom cabinetry often in the field so I don't have access to a cabinet saw. I recently used this to make cabinets for a laundry room to break down the panels and they were dead on square. The parallel edge guide greatly simplified using my Festool track saw to make square cuts across panel material.

    Truly A Track Saw Game Changer!

    I purchased the GRS-16 PE after seeing a video on YouTube, and I'm sure glad I did! Prior to purchasing the GRS-16 PE, I used a system of other awkward aftermarket squares and parallel edge guides to ensure square cuts on sheet goods using my Festool TS55. Now, using the GRS-16 PE, it's so much faster, easier, and more accurate to get consistent square cuts! The build quality of this tool is fantastic, and shipping was prompt. The price may seem a bit steep, but when you consider the amount of other accessories you'd otherwise need to meet the functionality of the GRS-16 PE, it's definitely worth it!

    Very simple method to achieve square sides using my festool saws and guide rails. The GRS-16 PE quickly snaps on the rail and you can be sure that its square. Nice product, and thank you TSO Products.

    Totally changed my work practices with Rails

    I now use my Festool Rail system for all Cross-cuts of panels. Perfectly accurate even at 1200mm. I use the rail normally to give me a square edge then rotate the panel, clip on the GRS-16 and cut. Just so easy while not sacrificing any accuracy.
