The Extension is specifically designed to continue the laser-engraved scale seamlessly out to 2,200mm (86.6"), whereas these replacement fences will not produce a continuous scale (the engravings will not align at the joint). This Replacement Fence page is intended for customers who need to replace a damaged fence, switch between 900mm and 1,200mm capacities, or add a second fence for use as a router guide, Domino guide, or straightedge.

These standalone extrusions are designed to work seamlessly with your existing fence hardware and accessories. Whether you're building a crosscut station, squaring up sheet goods, or creating repeatable stop positions across a larger surface, these laser-engraved extrusions help you work more efficiently with less setup.

While two standard fence extrusions can be physically joined using Fence Connectors, this configuration is not recommended for customers seeking extended measuring capacity. The laser-engraved scales will not align across the seam, and the joined assembly will not function as a continuous rule. For expanding the capacity of your fence beyond 1,200mm, the dedicated Multifunction Fence Extension is the proper solution.

Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the original retail purchase date.
Eligibility: Products purchased new from TSO or an authorized retailer. Covers the original purchaser or original recipient of a product purchased new as a gift. Nontransferable, except where required by law.
Exclusions: Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and other exclusions outlined in the full policy.

Fence extensions

I purchased the 1200mm fence system and purchased one section of the extension fence. I assumed that the extension numbering sequence would continue where the 1200mm fence stopped. My mistake for not investigating further. The extension starts new at zero. To use the fence stop past 1200, you’ll have to do the math to make it work. Even more confusing if you’re using imperial measurements.
