Description
A Better Way to Connect Guide Rails
Watch this video to see how the GRC-12 auto-aligns and secures two guide rails at the same time, while eliminating the need for expensive straight-edges.
Another TSO innovation, the GRC-12 is a first-of-its-kind, self-aligning guide rail connector for use with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS, POWERTEC, WEN, and Triton brand guide rails. Before the GRC-12, aligning connected guide rails required a variety of methods and additional tools to achieve straight connections, with misalignment often difficult to detect without a long straight edge or similar tool. This issue becomes obvious too late—when gaps show up during assembly or glue-up.
The GRC-12 TSO guide rail connectors solve this problem with a completely self-contained and self-aligning design - thanks to an innovative integral keystone feature. Simply slide the GRC-12 into your guide rail T-slots and firmly tighten the M6 Mushroom Head Screws - that's it.
Because small hex wrenches can be annoying to deal with, we’ve solved that too: the included ball hex driver drops easily into the hex socket and is large enough not to get lost or easily overlooked.

Best guide rail connectors money can buy
Are these guide rails worth $50? I've tried the cheaper Makita and Powertec guide rail connectors. The competitors are are not as precise or well made as the TSO guide rails. These connectors look simple but once you have them in your hands you can tell there was a lot of thought went into every inch of these precisely machined bars. They don't wiggle or flex when in the guide rails giving me peace of mind that my cuts are going to straight, accurate and aligned for years to come.

A must-have for Festool guide rail owners
If you join/unjoin Festool guide rails with any frequency, these are a comprehensive improvement. They slide *much* easier, and the profile with compression heads works much better than Festool’s set-screw setup. Highly recommended!

Just buy it
These connectors work exactly as advertised. I've used the Makita connectors and they were so useless that I bought the 118" track just to avoid occasionally having to connect two 55" tracks. If I had found this item earlier I could have saved hundreds on the longer track. When I unboxed these, the first thing I did was connect two 55s and line them up to the 118" track and they lined up perfectly!

GRC-12
I use a Festool track saw and I’m always impressed by the great quality of their tools. Why they didn’t design their rail connectors like the GRC-12 just shows how you’re a big step ahead of Festool when it comes to thinking about the small details! Not only does the GRC-12 lock the rails in true alignment but also there is no risk of dimpling the aluminum rails by over tightening. Thanks for another great product.
