These anti-slip pads come in packs of eight and sit on 20mm dogs with a newly extended depth to help keep them securely in place. In use, they raise a workpiece slightly, enabling you to use a guide rail and plunge saw to cut through a workpiece while avoiding scoring the top of your multifunction workbench. These anti-slip dogs fit into any 20mm chamfered dog hole and allow work such as sanding to proceed without mechanical clamping, giving full access to a workpiece's entire surface. Workholding is by friction alone.

Serve their purpose well
These work exactly as advertised, fitting perfectly into 20mm dog holes and providing a grippy surface with a low profile. Perfect for holding a large work piece just above the table while sanding to avoid scratching the underside and/or vibrating the table. These would also be useful for lifting a work piece just above an MFT surface to allow cutting with a track saw without damaging the MFT surface (though I'd be a little concerned about tear-out and have not used them for this purpose).

Anit-slip dogs
I purchase hoping to use for sanding. Unfortunately, the vibration of the sander (Festool ETS) causes the cabinet door to move around too much.

These things are TINY
The product photo is deceptive. Makes these look like Bench Dog type discs, which are about 4" diameter. UJK is about 3/4" Diameter.
