Restore the Perfect Fit of Your 20mm Dog Holes

The beauty of the Parf Guide System lies in its accuracy, in particular the close fit of Parf Dogs and accessories in the 20mm dog holes. Depending on the material chosen for the bench top, sometimes a stray wood whisker or change in humidity can affect the fit over time.

The UJK Reamer is designed to remedy the problem and restore the quality of 20mm holes. The Reamer removes stray wood fibres that hinder the insertion of UJK bench dogs and Parf Guide System accessories. This wood hole reamer improves the quality of holes in bench tops. The Parf System Reamer is made from stainless steel for use in a power drill with a 3/8" chuck.

Key Features

  • Restores the accuracy of 20mm Parf dog holes
  • Removes stray wood fibres that affect the fit of Parf dogs
  • Reams Parf dog holes distorted due to changes in humidity

good enough but could be better

i put shellac on my new mft and needed to clean out the holes w this. The steel is pretty soft and the smooth shank is hard to keep a grip in the drill chuck. Cleaned out the top and did the job, but its about done. Wish there were alternatives, but there arent.

Rams as it should. Not the cutting edge is very shallow so you may need a brush and router bit cleaner after reading several holes (especially if you had just sealed the top like I did and had shellac in the holes).
