UJK Parf System Reamer for 20mm Holes

I found this tool quite lacking to perform in simply enlarging holes in a mft table For whatever reason, this 15 year old table’s holes had shrunk .001-.002 This tool was made from a soft or unhardened stainless steel with no flutes or relief to minimize friction. Starting the tool into the hole took a whole body push to get entry and also switching drill motor to low speed as not to stop rotation as gappend in high speed gearing-excessive torque from friction on just one hole burned one if tool was touched…after five minutes of push, twist and wait, I completed 3 holes thru. Pulling tool out of table hole took even more effort than pushing it into hole. Totally unsatisfactory

This reamer enlarges the holes drilled by my 20mm forstner bit just a little bit so dogs fit properly.

This is a great tool for precisely reaming 20mm dogholes. I built an MFT top using a forstner drill in MDF. After completing the build the holes were a little tight. It took me just a few minutes with this reamer to fix the problem.

This slips too easy in the drill chuck and the cleaned out hole ends up too big. I have to use expanding dogs now because this made the fit of standard 20mm dog lose and less accurate.
