Machined Edge for Accuracy You Can Trust
This high-quality anodized aluminum straight edge measures 968mm long, 47mm wide, and is machined on both edges with a tolerance of 0.1mm across the length. Its main intended uses are for checking the straightness of workpieces or surfaces and checking machine tables or alignment. In particular, it makes a great tool for calibrating jointer tables and aligning fences.
The hourglass cross section with its central ribbed finger groove makes it easy to handle. This straight edge will stand on its 10mm wide reference face. The opposite edge has a bevel down to 2.5mm for easy reading. Both edges feature a scale beginning at zero on the right-hand side. It has a hanging hole at one end for safe storage when not in use.

What a beautiful tool. Practical yet beautiful. With the standing edge very well designed to help a newbie woodworker like myself figure out where I am not level or even. Scale is right to left
For some baffling reason, the scale is right to left on this straight edge. Even though english speakers read left to right. This makes it frustrating difficult to use for measurement. It's great at being a large straight piece of metal.

Perfect Straight Edge
I own a few different straight edges and this one far surpasses them by having the ability to stand up on its edge and have visible and easy to read measurements. It is a great addition to my shop and my growing collection of UJK products. Highly Recommend.

Great design, ruler is a bonus that alot of straight edges don't have. Very precise edge.
