Upgrade your UJK Drill Guide
This larger capacity chuck for the UJK Drill Guide accepts drill bits with shanks up to ½ inch (13mm) diameter. It is industrial quality with fully hardened and ground working components, offering high accuracy, grip and durability. The chuck has an internal Jacobs Taper (JT2) that will press-fit onto the corresponding JT2 arbor on the drill guide. The Jacobs taper is self-locking and ensures concentricity. When fitting, carefully degrease and clean the arbor and taper before fitting.

Good upgrade
The chuck works great and is a critical upgrade. The only problem is it includes no information about how to remove the standard 3/8” chuck from the UJK drill guide or how to install it. The drill guide includes some literature, but none of it references this process. I was able to find a YouTube video that shows how to remove the chuck from the arbor.
