Another TSO innovation, the GRC-12 is a first-of-its-kind, self-aligning guide rail connector for use with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS, POWERTEC, WEN, and Triton brand guide rails. Before the GRC-12, aligning connected guide rails required a variety of methods and additional tools to achieve straight connections, with misalignment often difficult to detect without a long straight edge or similar tool. This issue becomes obvious too late—when gaps show up during assembly or glue-up.
The GRC-12 TSO guide rail connectors solve this problem with a completely self-contained and self-aligning design - thanks to an innovative integral keystone feature. Simply slide the GRC-12 into your guide rail T-slots and firmly tighten the M6 Mushroom Head Screws - that's it.
Because small hex wrenches can be annoying to deal with, we’ve solved that too: the included ball hex driver drops easily into the hex socket and is large enough not to get lost or easily overlooked.

Self aligning track rail connectors
A hundred times better than the Festool connectors. But, it doesn’t self align the tracks for me. I don’t know if I’m not tightening them enough or what. But I still have to put a straight edge on it to make sure. Was hoping for better results

Best around
I've used the Betterly track alignment jig with the Festool rail connectors. The TSO rail connectors are not only easier to use but they are also faster, cheaper, and won't damage the track. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

Simples!
If you’ve ever used guide rail connectors from the likes of Fe$tool or Makita, then TSO’s will be a revaluation. Slide them in, tighten up, the end. No messing about with straight edges, tighten, loosen, turn rail over, find things have shifted, repeat, repeat, repeat. These just work. Buy them. So good, I have two sets.

Nice & Easy Guide Rail Joint
I’ve been using the GRC-12 Self Aligning Guide Rail Connectors now for about 4 Months. I had a Betterley’s that worked alright, but took some tome to make sure you had everything just right. With the GRC-12, there is no fidgeting to get everything right. It’s just right straight away when you tighten the set screws. And with the GRC-12 screws, there is no dimpling the guide rail. This product is very well made and uses the best of materials available. I’m very pleased with everything I’ve purchased from TSO and they have very quick turn around on shipping out their products.

So much better!
These are so much better than the bars that festool makes! It's almost embarrassing to Festool how much better these are. The rails are just straight now, with no messing around to get them there. They just work.
