Square Cuts Made Fast and Easy with Your Track Saw

Breaking down sheet goods is easy with a TSO Guide Rail Square in your shop. This must-have track saw accessory turns your guide rail into a large, precision square, enabling fast and accurate 90-degree crosscuts with less setup time, less marking, and fewer errors.

The GRS-16 PE v2 Guide Rail Square is perfect for crosscuts on sheet goods and is compatible with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Powertec, Triton, and WEN track saw systems.

Key Features

  • Born Square: A proven design, CNC-machined from a single block of 6061-T6 aluminum, will never require fine-tuning or calibration.
  • Work Faster: No need to scribe your cutting line; make a small tick mark at your desired cutting position, align the guide rail, and you're ready to start cutting.
  • Fewer Errors: Cut your marking and measuring in half, and with it, your chances of making a mistake that costs you valuable time and materials.
  • Parallel Edge: Reference your work from the front or back edge to fit your workflow.
  • Solid Connection: A resilient latch coating grasps the guide rail and protects it from damage.
  • Drop-on Convenience: Quickly attaches without the need to remove accessories, like hose deflectors, track connectors and clamps.
  • Clamp Compatible: Notches on both reference edges provide room for your favorite track clamp. Including the Festool Screw Clamp (489570), Ratcheting Clamp (491594), and Axminster guide rail clamps.
  • System Approach: Compatible with the TSO Parallel Guide System for making repeatable square and parallel cuts in one workflow.
  • Anodized Blue: Provides a beautiful, durable, and non-marring finish.
  • Made in the USA: Designed, manufactured and hand-assembled in Eagan, Minnesota.

The missing Link for A Festool Track

Posted by Michael on 21st Feb 2017

Clip it on and go. It has saved me a great deal of time by eliminating the need for squares and other tools to line up the track correctly. I don't even have to rely on clamps as often either.

    Awesome piece of engineering

Posted by eugene myers on 8th Feb 2017

Saw this on the internet somewhere and it caught my eye. I have an MFT table but I love being able to pop this on any of my three rail lengths. It locks up tighter than dick's hat band and I checked it with my woodpecker square when I first started using but it was as square as could be. After a bit I just quit verifying and cut away with no issues.

Beautifully made, solves a major inconvenience

Posted by Jim Metzger on 5th Feb 2017

Great machining, beautiful finish, could not be simpler or more foolproof to use. Two comments, it can be hard to pick up off the work surface, wonder if there is a way to texture the edges? I have the two sided square, would accuracy have been affected if the overall length was an inch or so shorter to fit side to side and upright in a Systainer next to a TS55?

    You need this!

Posted by Rune Bivrin on 24th Jan 2017

Shipping and packaging was stellar. 6 days to Sweden was pretty awesome. Loved the way FedEx let me choose the day of delivery. As for the product itself, it's really the bees knees as an accessory for any track saw user. Very accurate and very simple to attach. I have cut a Makita track in two parts: 800 &600 mm. Together with the GRS-16 it's a very handy solution even for rather small pieces. I had thought about building something similar myself, but this is simply a much better solution.
