A key advantage of the TPG-20 Parallel Guide System is its compactness. It's small enough to fit in a Systainer, while providing up to 20" (508mm) of ripping capacity. Now, we're happy to offer a high quality, custom machined foam insert that fits your TPG-20 Set like a glove. This insert is made from multi-layered, super protective Kaizen foam with a black top layer and red inner core, so it's easy to see where each component fits and if any items are missing. With a multi-layered design, this insert has pockets to hold:

  • 2 qty. 20" T-Tracks
  • 2 qty. TPG Adapters (either Slide-On or Drop-On styles)
  • 2 qty. TPG FlipStops
  • 2 qty. Narrow Stock Rods
  • 4 qty. Comfort Grip Star Knobs
  • 1 qty. 3mm Hex Driver

Also included is a Systainer Identification Card, which slides into the front- or side-mounted card holders on the Systainer's exterior.

This insert will fit in a Systainer3 M 112 or a T-LOC Systainer, but will not fit in the older Classic Systainers.

Warranty & Returns

TSO brand products are guaranteed for five years from date of sale against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For any product determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, TSO Products will repair or, at its option, replace with current comparable product. Warranty requests require an RMA (return authorization number) prior to any return. Request an RMA number by contacting TSO Customer Service (info@tsoproducts.com).

    Deeply disappointed

    This is horrible quality and if you want to protect your deserved reputation for high quality products, you should stop selling it immediately. I already have an insert for my GRS-16 and was expecting something of similar quality. It isn’t even close and my new (and very high quality) TPG-20s don’t even fit properly. Complete garbage.

    I have the 32" and 50" rails in the foam carrier. Just a great package in all.

    Fits new and old systainers well, works as advertised. Great to keep 20" parallel guides organised and at call....not rolling around in the bottom of a toolbox!
