Product Description
Dual FoamPac Systainer Insert for GRS-16 Faimly
The ultimate storage and protection for your guide rail squares

Note: The image above depicts our now-obsolete T-LOC Systainer, which has since been replaced by the Systainer3 M 112. However, order of insertion remains the same.
Designed specifically for our newer (post-October 2017) GRS-16 and GRS-16 PE guide rail squares, our Dual FoamPac Insert enables storage of both guide rail squares in a single Systainer3 M 112! Super protective Kaizen foam is computer designed and cut by CNC router, so these systainer inserts are guaranteed to fit your guide rail squares like a glove. The result is uncompromising protection for your precision tools. Kaizen foam not only protects your guide rails, but can also be easily further customized with the available Kaizen foam hot knife.
Note these systainer foam inserts only fit into the Systainer3 M 112 and now-obsolete T-LOC Systainers; not the older Classic Systainers.
These inserts are only compatible with the new style of GRS-16 and GRS-16 PE, ordered after October 13, 2017.

I love them so much

Insert
Fits my rail square perfectly. Best way to protect the TSO rail square.

Logical Purchase with the systainer
This is a great addon - a MUST addon - when you buy the systainer. I only gave it 4 stars because the overall insert doesn't fit quite like I thought it should to the systainer itself. However, this is still a MUCH better option than cutting a DIY foam insert to match all the pieces of the Guide Rail Square.

The insert was poorly cut.
The inserts were poorly cut. The insert cuts were too thin in certain areas. It was not professionally trimmed.

Investment Protection
Great way to protect my investment. These Guise Rail Squares are a valuable tools in my shop. It is not worth taking the chance to leave them out to take a hit, get scratched up or god forbid get bent. I would much rather keep them out of harms way. These fit in the systainer perfectly. Great storage solution for a great product.

Foam insert
They switched from T-Lock to Sys-3 systainers and didn't change the foam profile. They say it fits, and mostly it does. At the front there's a cutout in the front edge and it has beveled edges on the foam because that's what the old T-Locck has. The Sys-3 has squared ends in this profile. I just had to get my knife and cut it straight, no problem. It also needed some trimming on both of the sides so it doesn't get squished when it gets pushed down.

Filler
Well I love the two products but the case is a little small and I think it should have some storage
