Truly the All-in-One, No-Compromise Workbench for Carpenters

Watch as Ron reveals his Paulk Smart Station. See the video above for a full walkthrough, or better yet, visit his YouTube channel.

In partnership with Ron Paulk, TSO is excited to offer plans for building your very own Ron Paulk Smart Station. As seen on Ron Paulk's YouTube channel, Ron's Smart Station is a combination miter stand, table saw out-feed, clamping bench, assembly bench and with the optional Paulk Smart Router Table attached, there is truly nothing you can't accomplish with this setup. Surprisingly portable at just under 3x6 feet in size, the Paulk Smart Station still manages to exceed the stability of heavy stationary benches with an ingenious design that relies on four angular legs to distribute the load. If you are a professional home builder, remodeler, cabinet installer, finish carpenter or a DIYer, this all-in-one workbench is right for you. Add the Paulk Smart Bench and you will have Ron’s personal setup.

These all-in-one workbench plans will be delivered via digital download (PDF/ZIP file). Measurements are provided in both Imperial and Metric. However, this design was created in Metric and then converted to Imperial; Ron suggests the most accurate and easy option would be to stick to metric for this build, even if you work in an Imperial shop like he does. Tools and materials are not included.

We're pleased to be able to offer Ron's popular plans to the TSO community. For more Ron Paulk plans, visit our Plans & Drawings section. Please provide feedback to Ron through his YouTube channel and let us know what you create!

the companion video not withstanding, Was thinking some construction notes may be appropriate. ie. making certain bench is absolutely flat when glueing on the top, or comment regarding parf tool drilling of holes not on 96mm centres....things of that nature that may help the novice builder otherwise a great improvement , i'm upgrading from the original mitre stand , thanks Ron, keep up the good work
