Another TSO innovation, the GRC-12 is a first-of-its-kind, self-aligning guide rail connector for use with Festool, Makita, Milwaukee, Kreg ACS, POWERTEC, WEN, and Triton brand guide rails. Before the GRC-12, aligning connected guide rails required a variety of methods and additional tools to achieve straight connections, with misalignment often difficult to detect without a long straight edge or similar tool. This issue becomes obvious too late—when gaps show up during assembly or glue-up.

The GRC-12 TSO guide rail connectors solve this problem with a completely self-contained and self-aligning design - thanks to an innovative integral keystone feature. Simply slide the GRC-12 into your guide rail T-slots and firmly tighten the M6 Mushroom Head Screws - that's it.

Because small hex wrenches can be annoying to deal with, we’ve solved that too: the included hex driver drops easily into the hex socket and is large enough not to get lost or easily overlooked.

TSO brand products are guaranteed for five years from date of sale against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For any product determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, TSO Products will repair or, at its option, replace with current comparable product.     These are by far the best connectors I’ve used yet. From the old Festool to the new, to the after market. These are hands down the best. No indentations or side to side movement. I was having trouble with one rail sticking up on the splinter guard side and these have corrected the issue, saving me from purchasing a longer rail that I’ll only seldom need. Like everything TSO, these are top notch

    Amazing GRC-12 Connectors

    I originally ordered the updated Festool rail connectors. After opening them, I realized only one of them had expansion slots and the other would still be a loose fit until tightening the grub screws. I think Festool dropped the ball with their design. I was disappointed and returned them without using them. After seeing a YouTube video about TSO’s GRC-12 connectors, I ordered them.so pleased that both of them self-align! But….after connecting two Festool rails the first time, I used a two foot machinist straight edge (I had been given by a family member) and the rails did not seem to align perfectly. Loosening and re-adjusting showed the same. Eventually trying other 3 and 4 foot metal rulers, I found out the machinist “straight edge” had a slight bulge and wasn’t accurate. The GRC-12 connectors did perfectly self-align the rails…and they do every time! Amazing! This is what the Festool connectors should have been!!!

    Self-aligning guid rail connector for Makita

    The shipping and handling cost of the long Makita rails is ridiculous, so I purchased a couple 55" rails and the TSO connector. The connectors are a perfect fit and eliminate the need for any sort of alignment of the rails such as is required when using the OEM or other aftermarket connectors. Another great TSO product!
