Take your DeWalt DWE7491RS 10” Jobsite Table Saw to another level with this Upgraded Rip Fence, designed to bring precision, versatility, and convenience to your woodworking projects. This affordable fence upgrade adds three T-slots—two on the face and one on the top—allowing you to easily mount essential accessories like stock guides, feather boards, sacrificial fences, and custom jigs. With an easy installation that reuses the DeWalt brackets, this smart fence upgrade preserves all of the original functionality of the stock fence.
Key Features
- Triple T-Slot Design: Allows easy attachment of essential accessories like stock guides, feather boards, auxiliary fences, and custom jigs.
- Compatible with JessEm Stock Guides: Pair this fence with the JessEm Clear-Cut Stock Guides or Clear-Cut FLEX Stock Guides to reduce the potential for kickback by simultaneously holding down and guiding material accurately against the fence.
- Build Your Own Jigs: Integrated T-slots allow for easy attachment of custom jigs like tenoning systems, tall fences for upright panel support, L-fences, and more. The possibilities are endless, giving you the flexibility to adapt the fence to your specific project needs.
- Easy Installation: This upgraded fence reuses the existing DeWalt brackets and hardware and shares the same overall dimensions, so you’ll retain all the original features of your stock rip fence, such as the secondary flip-over fence for narrow and wide rips, built-in push-stick clips, and secure under-saw storage for transport.
Documentation
A Note About JessEm Stock Guide Compatibility
Both the JessEm Clear-Cut FLEX Stock Guides and original JessEm Clear-Cut Stock Guides are compatible with this fence. However, if you are using the FLEX version only, note you will need to use the two included metal spacers that come with this fence kit. This is due to the longer threaded studs that JessEm uses for mounting the locking knobs on the FLEX guides.
What's Included
- 1 qty. Upgraded Rip Fence
- 2 qty. Metal Spacers (for use with optional JessEm Clear-Cut FLEX Stock Guides; not required for use with JessEm Clear-Cut Standard Stock Guides)
- 2 qty. Thread Forming Screws
Optional Accessories
- TSO Sacrificial Rip Fence: Adds protection for your primary fence, can be easily flipped or replaced, and allows you to embed a blade or dado stack for zero-clearance cuts. Includes mounting hardware.

DeWalt Rip Fence Upgrade
It took a few minutes to install and then make sure it was 90 degrees from the table and square across the entire blade and then I was in business attaching finger boards and making cuts. I also got the sacrificial fence which is a great addition to the new fence. Well worth the money.

Rip Fence for Dewalt 7492
Saw this promoted on a YouTube channel and ordered immediately. Fast shipping from the US (I'm UK based) and I'm delighted with the product. It's made a big difference being able to use my Jessem flex guides on the saw.

Rip Fence for 10" DeWalt Jobsite Table Saw
Put this replacement fence on my saw and it bolted to the original brackets perfectly didn't have to fiddle with adjustment to blade miter slot etc...dead on right away.. I Like that I can use a hold down Bering roller like in the photo along with my boa feather boards. Good job guys... Now would you make something like it for my Biesemeier fence on my cabinet saw. Worth the investment!

Dewalt table saw fence
My new Dewalt table saw fence is a much needed upgrade. Three T-tracks are great for adding accessories. Installation was easy and took a few minutes. My one gripe, however, is that the ends of the T-tracks are very sharp, and I had to file them down after installation.
