Price Adjustment Policy

At TSO Products, we aim to offer fair and consistent pricing for our customers.

If an item you recently purchased goes on sale, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment for the difference.

How it works

• Price adjustments are issued as store credit for the price difference.
• Orders must have been placed within 7 days before the sale began.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the sale starting.
• Price adjustments apply to the product price and any taxes paid; shipping charges are not included.
• Applies only to the exact same product, including the same model, version, and configuration.

Exclusions

This Price Adjustment Policy excludes the following:

• Clearance or closeout items
• Bundle pricing or special package deals
• Pricing from third-party sellers or marketplaces

TSO Products reserves the right to limit price adjustments to one per order.
