Complete Bench Dog & Storage System

The TSO Mini Dog Pack is a turnkey dog-and-storage kit for any 20 mm workbench system. It includes a complete assortment of Chamfer Dogs and Smart Connect Dogs, plus matching M18 SpeedKnobs, all stored in a Limited Edition Systainer³ S 76 in TSO blue. Inside, the Systainer is outfitted with a custom Mini Systainer Foam Insert, Vaulted Foam Lid Insert, and Systainer ID Card.

This bundle gives you the full range of dogs you’ll reach for every day: Small, Stubby, and Tall Close Fit Chamfer Dogs for positioning, referencing, and vertical registration, plus Smart Connect Dogs for linking or extending benchtops with rock-solid alignment. Two M18 SpeedKnobs round out the kit with fast, smooth clamping action, while the custom foam layout keeps every component organized, protected, and instantly accessible inside your Systainer³ S 76.

Don’t Forget to Chamfer

To get the full benefit of Chamfer Dogs, your workbench must have chamfered 20 mm dog holes. Chamfering allows the shoulder of the dog to seat properly and helps prevent damaging the edges of your top.

You can chamfer your holes using:

• Hand Chamfer Tool – Ideal for MDF/HDF tops or the Festool MFT/3
• Combined Chamfer & Reamer Tool – Chamfers and enlarges the hole in a single, precise operation
• 45° router chamfer bit – The fastest method for plywood or hardwood-veneered tops

Chamfering also smooths harsh edges to reduce the likelihood of tear-out and accidental finger catching.
