Designed for cutting clean, accurate rabbets from 1/16" to 9/16" deep, the UJK Rabbeting Router Bit Set delivers smooth performance and long-lasting durability—whether you're using a router table or working freehand.

Choose from Two-Wing or Three-Wing versions. Both use UJK’s Internal Bearing Technology (IBT), which positions twin bearings deep inside the body to reduce vibration and protect internal components from dust. The result? Smoother cuts, less wear, and extended tool life.

Crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, each bit features solid carbide insert blades that are easily replaceable. The inserts are mounted using Torx fasteners and dual positive registers to ensure perfect alignment and precision cutting.

The Two-Wing Cutter is compatible with both handheld routers and router tables. It includes a blocking pin for fast, tool-free depth disc changes.

The Three-Wing Cutter is optimized for smoother cuts in a router table setup only. It is not safe for handheld routing.

Both styles come with a 1/2" shank and include UJK’s signature orange depth discs, precisely milled in imperial sizes from 1/16" to 9/16" for easy and repeatable depth settings.

Replacement cutters for the Two-Wing and Three-Wing bits are available.
