Has my order shipped?

We usually process and ship orders within two business days. Once your order is on its way from Minnesota, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress right to your door.

Customers with a TSO Account can review the details of their order and track their shipment once it becomes available here.

How do I return an item?

You can return most items within 60 days of purchase. Just email us at info@tsoproducts.com  with your name and order number, and we’ll send you easy return instructions. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

How do I cancel my order?

We’ll do our best to help! Once an order is submitted, it may not always be possible to cancel. Please email info@tsoproducts.com with your order number, and our customer service team will check with our fulfillment crew right away. We’ll let you know if we can cancel your order before it ships — or if it will need to be returned once it arrives. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

How do I remove an item from my order?

We’ll do our best to help! Once an order is submitted, it may not always be possible to make changes. Please email info@tsoproducts.com with your order number and let us know which item you’d like to remove. Our customer service team will check with our fulfillment crew and confirm whether the change can be made.

If it’s possible, we’ll remove the item and issue a refund. If not, we’ll send you return instructions once your order arrives.

How do I add an item to my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to add more items since payment has already been processed. However, you can place a new order within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to refund the additional shipping charges (applicable to Ground Shipping within the lower 48 states only).

After placing your new order, email info@tsoproducts.com with your new order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Why was my order cancelled and refunded?

For your protection, TSO Products uses the NoFraud verification platform to screen orders.

If your order was flagged for verification, you should have received an email from NoFraud asking you to confirm your purchase.

If no response is received, the order is automatically canceled and refunded.

If you believe this was done in error, please call us at 800-727-0311, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
