The Dual FoamPac Systainer Insert protects both your GRS-16 and GRS-16 PE guide rails at the same time!

Designed specifically for our newer (post-October 2017) GRS-16 and GRS-16 PE guide rail squares, our Dual FoamPac Insert enables storage of up to two guide rail squares in a single Systainer3 M 112! These inserts are also compatible with the GRS-16 PE K (Kreg) and GRS-16 PE D (DeWalt) guide rail squares.

Super protective Kaizen foam is computer designed and cut by CNC router, so these systainer inserts are guaranteed to fit your guide rail squares like a glove. The result is uncompromising protection for your precision tools. Kaizen foam not only protects your guide rails, but can also be easily further customized with the available Kaizen foam hot knife.

Note: These systainer foam inserts only fit into the Systainer3 M 112 and now-obsolete T-LOC Systainers; not the older Classic Systainers.

Note: These inserts are only compatible with the new style of GRS-16 and GRS-16 PE, ordered after October 13, 2017.

Warranty & Returns

TSO brand products are guaranteed for five years from date of sale against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For any product determined to have a defect covered by this warranty, TSO Products will repair or, at its option, replace with current comparable product.     Absolutely no QC on the set I received. They fit ok in sustainer but the guide square is loose and the cnc job is sloppy.

    Insert improvements rail guide

    It would be an improvement to add a finger hole on the top layer to make it removal easier to get at the bottom rail guide. There is plenty of space to cut the foam for storage of angle guide extensions.

    I accidentally dropped my Woodpeckers square and the aluminum got marred ... this should hopefully protect my investment and allows me to carry it in a nice systainer.
